pa67 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

By accessing or using the pa67 platform — including the website at pa67.pro, the pa67 mobile app, or any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and pa67.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, guidelines or policies published on the pa67 platform, including but not limited to bonus terms, game-specific rules and the pa67 Privacy Policy. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and a specific policy, the specific policy will apply to that subject matter.

If you are using the pa67 platform on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and that both you and that person accept these Terms. In practice, pa67 only permits individual personal account holders — accounts held on behalf of others are not permitted.

To register and use a pa67 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pa67 does not permit use of the platform by anyone under 18, and age verification may be required at any point.
• You must be the individual registering the account and acting on your own behalf. Accounts registered on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active pa67 account. Each individual is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are subject to closure and any balances held within them may be forfeited.
• You must be accessing the platform of your own free will and not acting under duress or on the instructions of another party for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.

To access the full range of pa67 features — including deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and gameplay — you must register an account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate personal information including your name, date of birth, email address and contact number.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and current. If any of your details change after registration, you must update your account information promptly. pa67 may request supporting documents to verify the information held on your account at any time.

Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. You must not share your login details with any other person. pa67 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the account holder has failed to keep their credentials secure.

• Only one account is permitted per person, per household and per device.
• Accounts found to be duplicates may be closed without prior notice.
• Winnings or bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts may be voided.
• pa67 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal or at any other time deemed necessary.

pa67 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to submit a copy of a valid identity document, proof of address or proof of payment method. This process is standard across online gaming platforms and exists to protect the security of your account.

All deposits on pa67 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the deposit process. Your account balance is maintained in PKR throughout.

pa67 currently supports the following deposit methods for Pakistan players:

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed during the deposit process. pa67 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. pa67 is not responsible for any fees applied by third-party payment providers.

Deposits are credited to your pa67 account once confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact pa67 support with your transaction reference and the support team will investigate.

Withdrawals from your pa67 account are processed in PKR to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. This anti-money-laundering measure exists to protect your account and ensure funds are returned to their source.

To request a withdrawal, navigate to the Withdrawal section of your account. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by pa67's payments team and are typically processed within the timeframes displayed on the Withdrawal page.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed during the withdrawal process.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion being met in full.
• pa67 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawals requested outside of normal processing hours may take longer to complete.

If your withdrawal request is declined, you will be notified via your registered contact details. Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include incomplete KYC verification, unmet wagering requirements on active bonuses, or a mismatch between the account details provided and the payment method on record.

pa67 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and special promotions tied to cricket events such as PSL matches and T20 internationals. The following general rules apply to all pa67 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your real money balance. Real money funds are used first in gameplay unless stated otherwise.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold or converted to cash outside of the stated wagering process.
• pa67 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time, with notice provided to affected players where reasonably possible.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using software to exploit bonus mechanics, or coordinated play designed to guarantee profit — will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension and potential forfeiture of associated winnings.

pa67's game library is supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, Ezugi and others. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before playing.

Game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) for slots and virtual games, and by live dealer processes for live casino titles. pa67 does not modify, influence or interfere with game outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for games are set by the game provider and are available within the game information section.

• In the event of a technical error during a game session — such as a disconnection or software malfunction — the outcome of any incomplete round may be voided. pa67 is not liable for losses incurred due to technical errors on the player's device or internet connection.
• Where a game displays an incorrect RTP, payout table or game rule due to a software error, pa67 reserves the right to void bets placed during that period and will communicate this to affected players.
• Bets placed and confirmed before a technical issue occurs are treated as valid. Bets in progress at the time of an error are subject to review.

pa67's sportsbook covers cricket including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC events, as well as Football, Esports and other sports. All sports betting is subject to the rules of the relevant sport as interpreted by pa67's sportsbook team.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked regardless of subsequent market movement.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability and are processed at the odds available at the time of acceptance. There may be a brief delay in processing live bets during which odds can change.
• pa67 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result has already been determined at the time of bet placement, or where there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation.
• In the event of an event being cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the rules applicable to that sport and event type, as stated in the sportsbook rules section.
• Maximum bet limits apply on a per-market basis. These limits are displayed within the bet slip and may be adjusted by pa67 at any time.
• pa67 reserves the right to limit the bet amounts or markets available to individual accounts where there is evidence of systematic exploitation of pricing errors or unusual betting patterns.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pa67 platform. pa67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct and to void any associated bets, winnings or bonuses.

• Registering more than one account per person, household or device.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 18.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Money laundering or using the pa67 platform to process funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing pa67 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other users or any part of the pa67 system that you are not authorised to access.

pa67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions or any supplementary policy.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or abuse of bonus systems.
• Duplicate account registration.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder under the Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at pa67's discretion. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons not related to a breach, the real money balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method following any required verification steps.

You may request the closure of your own pa67 account at any time by contacting pa67 support. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any real money balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

pa67 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. Gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or a way to deal with financial or personal problems. If gaming stops being fun, it is time to take a break.

pa67 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced with immediate effect; increases take effect after a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders — Set reminders to alert you after a specified period of continuous gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion — Request a temporary or indefinite exclusion from the pa67 platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account cannot be used to deposit or play.

pa67 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond pa67's control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. pa67 will communicate planned maintenance periods in advance where possible.

pa67 is not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of third-party websites or services that may be linked from the platform. All third-party game content is the responsibility of the respective game provider.

pa67 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the pa67 platform after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, pa67 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via their registered email address or through a notification within the platform before the changes take effect.

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact pa67 support to arrange the closure of your account and the return of any real money balance.
